Seymour is just trying to deflect blame for NNVC's failure from himself onto Diwan.

It wouldn't surprise me if he has a sleazy lawyer who wrote that email for him.

Ironically, it represents a more significant effort by Seymour to communicate to investors than at any time during his previous few years as CEO.

Of course, if the state of the company was truly as stated in Traperwallawalla's recent letter, Seymour would be jumping up and down for joy rather than throwing his ex partner-in-crime under the bus.
