I would think most voting ‘No’ on reverse would also vote ‘No’ on Adjournment as one counters the choice of the other, which is to counter one’s vote. Yeah, two not so great choices. Seems a ‘No Reverse’ might push Ted and mngt to take a different direction, and shareholders are ready for that.
