Why I am optimistic about GIFX Reverse Merger...

Taken from excellent input and due diligence of several astute posters:

1) I have never seen an OTC Reverse Merger with a company that has over 300 employees merging into a company with 1 employee

2) I have never seen an OTC company that paid more in taxes in 1 year than most OTC companies make in several years; if at all

3) I have never seen an OTC company purchase a $2.9 million former Nissan dealership, a one story vacant building, and in a period of less than about 3 months, via a major construction project, transform it into a WORLD CLASS new 4-story, $12 million euro, state of the art world headquarters

4) I have never seen a USA based attorney, William Aul of San Diego (who's also a professor of securities law at a San Diego university) with this much experience (practicing securities law for approx 38 years and a CA BAR license and SEC rating as clean as the wind driven snow), become so engaged as to join the Board of Directors for the merging company

5) I have never seen an OTC company report that they are involved in brokering and facilitating $Billion dollar loans and/or contracts as a financial consulting services business, among operating other business segments. In other words, they appear to be a large conglomerate. Period!

What IS IT EXACTLY we "think" GIFX is about to become...ALL OF WHAT IS SHOWN BELOW....and maybe more.....WOWZA.....if it's even a fraction of all this...then it blows away 95% of the VAPOR-WARE INC crap on the OTC...and we're here.....AT THE BEGINNING OF IT "GOING PUBLIC"....how sweet is that....

GIFA is going MUCH..MUCH..MUCH HIGHER very soon now when their FINAL FILINGS HIT and THE MERGED ASSETS ARE SEC FILED....will NEVER SEE THESE PRICES AGAIN. and GIFA Inc has already stated their long term goal is TO UP-LIST TO THE NASDAQ...and by looking at the company...it seems 100% FEASIBLE..NOT far fetched at all IMO....
