First to clarify the structure of the groups.


Shizim is a BioTech Services Group in Israel that is part of Cann10 Israel, they run the conferences, they run the Cann XL Technology Accelerator, have activities in a number of different countries, and more.


Yossi is both the CEO of Cann10 Israel and Shizim


The owners of Cann10 Israel (51%), BLDV (25%), and others(24%), are joint venture partners in Cann10 North America.


Cann10 North America is exploring the path forward with BLDV, in the recent press you mention, and we continue that process.


The Cann Tech Alliance ( formerly the Cann10 Alliance), is a way to market multiple new technologies and innovations into the cannabis industry, with the goal of selling licensed technology packages to licensed operators.


I am the managing director of Cann10 North America, as well as the CEO of BLDV.


We are all excited about the current state of the industry and are working as a team to explore the best methods of expansion for each of the companies and entities involved in our group.
