Yes, you’re correct and that’s my vote as well. Plus Strickland ran a fraudulent P&D I might add. Strickland announced an acquisition of a majority stake in Peppermint Jim LLC. Then LIBE announced THEY had entered into a stock purchase agreement with Peppermint Jim LLC, where they were acquiring majority.

That means Strickland either never acquired the majority stake from Peppermint Jim, or the deal was terminated.

But the crook never said a word to shareholders, instead he continued issuing millions of shares while MRIB remains with No bid - like other Strickland P&D stocks EHOS, BAYP, TBEV, SPRV, etc.

It ran on a scam pump and dump that cost many innocent investors their hard earned money. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen again. That would be my vote.
