Gifa Inc (GIFX)

A company can request for a ticker symbol, but Finra decides. I think Gifa wanted GIFA, but Finra refused that for some reason. It is very unusual that name and ticker changes are being done seperately. So I guess what happened is that Finra refused GIFA and that Gifa thought, let's do the name change first and than discuss the ticker change. Maybe Finra proposed something else than GIFX at first and this is a compromise. Don't know of course, but I'm happy it's done now.

I hope they will file soon, and once they are current the CE can come off
