If in fact we have secured non toxic financing would it not make sense to pay off the remaining 257K in notes, then release a 8K stated the fact that this has occurred and the company is set to move forward with record breaking revenues?
Not sure why this hasn’t happened, unless we either didn’t get the financing yet or the terms state it can’t be used to pay off existing toxic debt. Not sure, but I do wish that the company get these two issues done soon so we can take off.
