Wisconsin Securities Division accusing Robert B Wilder of fraud because of the sale of unregistered securities to Wisconsin residents.

Orders Issued: July 17, 2003

The Order accused Bob Wilder and brother and son of selling unregistered securities in Wisconsin between 1989 - 1993 and ordered them to cease and desist or face criminal charges.

Reading through the Order it is mentioned that Wilder also received administrative Orders from the state of North Dakota for selling unregistered securities in 1990
