It is good to see that there is a higher than 96% rate of understanding that a trend or a trendline has nothing to do with the starting & end points, but rather is what a trend means, ie, a general direction. I see it also as much the same as a long term moving average. In fact that's exactly what a moving avg does is to depict a trend that has zero to do with the start & end points. Trends show general direction, but in the case of vplm, and especially the 1 yr chart, it's by no means simply a "general direction"...lol....its more like a Google maps destination directions map that shows exactly how you get there. Sometimes there are detours along the way, such as construction or an accident, but the path is clear & concise, not "general". Vplm's 1 year chart is the poster child of a DOWNTREND and almost EVERYBODY ANYWHERE can see that and DO see it! The only thing that could possibly top the present vplm 1 yr chart as such a fine example of a most definite downtrend, is when in a few days, beginning on 11/20, when the chart will show NOT ONLY the major downtrend, but will ALSO show it as start to finish downtrend in terms of the dates, which doesn't matter anyway in defining a downtrend, but will look prettier on the chart. And the really ironic & funny thing about that, is how that will continue as such for a compete year on the chart. Too funny! Thanks for the laughs.
