Planet Green Holdings Corp. (PLAG) was up 331% Friday to $11.51, with volume about 5.8 million shares as of 10:18 a.m. ET, versus the 65-day average volume of 60,378. It OPENED AT $3.46 AND BLAZED UP TO $9.50!! The company said this week it closed a private placement transaction with Chief Strategy Officer Yimin Jin and Chairman Hongxiang Yu. The company received gross proceeds of $10 million for the issuance of 2.4 million shares, representing a purchase price of approximately $4.25 a share. Wait they purchased 2.4 million shares at $4.28 now & shorts still feel smart shorting here??? ??????????
