Danooo, your story reminded me of a similar situation. Last year I recommended ARYC to my neighbor who is an accredited investor. At the time the stock was around 0.008 and there were no Press Releases being made. He discussed the trade with his broker who immediately dismissed the idea. This year (subsequent to the release of PRs) my neighbor has been purchasing the stock upwards of 0.05 per share. Interestingly his broker has had a change of tune and although he can't recommend the stock because it doesn't meet his company's criteria, he has purchased several hundred thousand shares in his own account.
