It is public information that public corporations need to file quarterly reports. It is public information that Solbright merged on September 1, 2018 with M2M as an 80/20 percent merger, thus the 10-Q would - by definition - needs to be different. The August 31, 2018 10-Q was for Solbright solely. As a stock holder, I am optimistic and believe Barclay Knapp is a visionary - a co-founder of Cellular One - as an example.
