Then the sequester hit and now the CEO just needs to produce earnings and quarter over quarter gains. This could be a case of grooming the company for buyout in 2020. Follow the money, the big investors are well healed and willing to wait for the payoff. Huge moat business that can only grow with TRump leading us into Cold War scenarios with the Russians, etc.
