This is baloney.

The certificates are not for a publicly traded company. They are private certificates. Not what you are used on any exchanged and not traded by any broker.

BEWARE STOCK CERTIFICATES!!!!! This will lock you out of being to quickly trade in the event of anything causing a price drop. It takes way more effort to sign, return and WAIT for the certificates to process before you can actually sell those shares.

This is a common tactic to keep people from trading fast and limit the immediate float.

Do you really want to be stuck if the stock plummets?
