I will accept that your intentions are noble. And with that, I have a suggestion.
If all that you proclaim is true and you are not just an anonymous disgruntled investor who cannot accept any responsibility in your past investment decisions; I suggest that you collect your information and present it to a regional office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
This would require you to step from the shadows and make your case for the record. However, unlike those of us here, who might quibble with your opinions written in marginal English, it would provide you a forum to either ascertain the truth or expose all of this as a scam as you suggest or it would at long last close the door on this seemingly never-ending online drama of anonymity.
You seem to have a great deal of information that could be reviewed by an attorney to determine it you had a case worthy of moving forward. However, this action would require full disclosure on everyone’s part. Those of us here would be notified by the S.E.C. as LLBO stockholders of a certain time frame to be a part of any possible complaint.
As I see it, this would provide you with the opportunity to take an action and achieve a result.
Wishing you only the best.
