How longs it take to get current??

If SPRV was an SEC-reporting Company, as Rod has incorrectly implied in his Company PR's, it would take months, probably over a year, being the Company is 10 quarters in arrears! And it would cost a bundle, i.e. like hundreds of thousands. But we know Rod is wrong! SPRV is not subject to adhering to the investor protections mandated by the SEC!

Since SPRV is not actually registered with the SEC, if the historic accounting information were readily available, the reports could be done fairly quickly. However, the veracity of the posted financial reports would be extremely questionable. Basically, Rod (or Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton) could slap together some rudimentary spreadsheets and boilerplate verbiage, then post the garbage on OTC Markets and call it done! Basically, much of the boilerplate verbiage doesn't change from quarter-to-quarter. On the other hand, the historical financial data is variable, i.e. changes from quarter-to-quarter. Getting this info is probably the most significant challenge. It is a good bet, since no one seemed interested in posting the financials for 2 1/2 years, it would also be a good bet no one really cared for, retained, and/or organized the financial information!

BTW...Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton did this sort of "multiple quarter update" about the time he chose to de-register KGET with the SEC in December 2016. Had Bobo not de-registered with the SEC, it is likely KGET would have been de-listed by the SEC and shareholders would have been left with zilch. This happened to THE CLOWN's shareholders at GDTK, when it was de-listed as a consequence of not filing timely financial reports! Examples of the KGET "garbage" can be viewed by going to OTC Markets and retrieving the KGET "Disclosures". There are a myriad of misstatements and errors in the reports, but it serves as an example of what companies can get away with, when not registered with the SEC!
