FWIW My predictions here:
There will be no company response to the ALJ order by this Friday the 26th.
It will take several days for the ALJ to issue the final order revoking the stock... maybe by the end of next week.
There will be no comment from USGL/BLTA.
Since there is absolutely nothing of value left, the company will just drift off into oblivion. I doubt they have money to file for bankruptcy so I guess some kind of involuntary dissolution?
If anything gets going again here, I think it will be via a private placement as most airline startups are financed through private placement. Very unusual to have a startup airline issue stock before flying.
Don't know how long stock message boards stay in place for a stock that has been revoked but I imagine the boards will be taken down pretty soon.
Just my thoughts but let's see what happens.
