Reverse Splits ALWAYS scare me when it comes to a .pk stock.
98 times out of a 100; NOTHING ever good comes from this type of attempt to uplist.
There is that slight possibility that this could be a good thing.

Your 1,000,000 shares will now be only 1000 shares and at the current trading price of roughly $0.001; that still equates to only having a $1000 investment. > This is all based on the rs of 1-1000 which is at the high end of the proposed rs.

Then your 1000 shares that are worth $1 start to fall in share price and you are left holding the bag with nothing.

I hope Tom has something up his sleeve to have this instance be one of those 2 out of a 100 that do work.

We'll just have to wait and see.
