I read somewhere that they are currently doing a feasibility study on restarting the refinery. They are probably a year away. Keep in mind its the only battery grade refinery in N. America. Could be big. Dozens of new battery powered cars by many manufactures are coming over the next couple years. VW plans to go total electric over he next few years.
