This stock is trading under 001 right now and history continues to prove that they can afford to pay for their bills opposed to needing to sell shares
Most otc companies sell shares in order to stay in business...which is understandable considering that's why they go public in the first place.
Here we are pass the need to sell shares to stay afloat...its not that the CEO "couldn't" convert debt that's owed to him...he just simply doesn't need to however...as the filings have shown
That type of success for an otc company trading at this pps, that is not saturated in convertible debt, is rare all on its own...for this reason I am here and have a very very healthy stack of shares
