Well, I don't place all of the sells on Richard. As I recall, Raj had to put up several million of his own personal shares to cover a $975k loan from the Identity debacle. I'm sure some of those shares must have found there way onto the open market. I'll bet there's a filing somewhere that must show the current outstanding debt (and shares) with that entity.

As far as Gene selling some shares under the table...no way!!! He has to file a Form 4 each time he sells or the SEC would have come down hard. Remember, we've been under their scrutiny for the past 10 months and just received their clearance.

In the eyes of the SEC, we're sparkling clean.

See if you can post Schwabl's entire menu. I'd love to see the whole thing if it's possible. Not too many German restaurants around here. Only one I know is about 30 miles away.
