We often say that God is "Sovereign"...right...so in and of that...what are we talking about and more importantly...do we believe it? So...here it is for those that may not know.There is absolutely nothing that happens in the universe that is outside of Gods influence and authority. As King of kings and Lord of lords...God has no limitations. Listen folks...there is nothing that can touch a born-again believers life unless it comes through the permissive will of God. That means He has complete control every second...every heartbeat of every day...even when it feels as if satan has been allowed to run rampant through our personal life. The Lord has a purpose for whatever He brings into a persons life. And even though we may desperately wish for our circumstances to change...God will allow us to go through a given situation...sometimes some really bad stuff...because...it will ultimately bring about the most favorable result if we let Him complete the work instead of trying to find a way out and we will see a positive result. How can i say that..ok...remember what Romans 8:28 promises....All things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose....does that say "All things". Thats an amazing promise....because...it demonstrates that an all powerful God cares about you and me...and...it cannot be fulfilled unless the One Who gives it is all-knowing...all-wise...all-powerful...and all-loving. That promise in itself is a testimony to God’s sovereignty. So whatever you are going thru...and i know this sounds simple...but...Trust Him!....do have a most awesome and blessed day!
