You better read that 10K a little more closely. The information is there for all to see.

The increase in AS has been known ever since the merger plan was first contemplated. It could not happen otherwise.

If the OS increase is matched by increased assets it is not dilution.

We shall see how the company uses the increased AS.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
