Recently purchased a block of shares when i saw that Peter Lynch stated in Jan 2018 that he bought 50,000 shares of GRNH and is waiting for $1. Hasn't moved much, mid 2's when he bought it in 1/16, but cannot argue with Peter Lynch.

Who is the greatest stock picker of all time?
So who is the greatest investor of all time?

A few years ago, I asked this question of a mentor and friend. His answer surprised me. Without a moment’s hesitation, he replied that it was Peter Lynch.
Peter Lynch is an American investor, mutual fund manager, and philanthropist. As the manager of the Magellan Fund at Fidelity Investments between 1977 and 1990, Lynch averaged a 29.2% annual return, consistently more than doubling the S&P 500 market index and making it the best performing mutual fund in the world.
Peter Lynch Factor Analysis

Lynch’s record is also extraordinary, annual out-performance of 13.7% per year, not to mention a Sharpe ratio of 0.98 and an information ratio of 1.78. These sorts of figures are virtually unheard of in traditional long-only asset management.
