Is the $270k order where the company received 15% up front really much of a positive?
It may have been at zero margin in order to get the 15%?
We dont have details so there's no way of knowing.
I know they needed to keep the lights on and were broke with few other options, but it does hobble the negotiations. ( Other options being limited by being delinquent ).
Company has been burning around $4M a year, so they need to do significantly better to come close to break even.
