There were about 1.62 billion shares of vgid at the date of record so, there will have to be at least 135 million shares set aside just to cover the 1 for 12 spin-off shares promised. Then there are, from what I can tell, approximately 400,000,000 shares of vlnx.

Now, Buzzy said you may not want to buy VLNX at this time because there might have to be a reverse split in order to get to the proper share structure, whatever that may be in the end. That said, Buzzy was thinking there might be a couple billion vlnx shares out there but I don't think there are that many and may be no need for a reverse split.
