No definitely not. I have checked my facts with the sec fillings and the 10-Q reports I suggest reading all of it. Very good info. This is a new company and it will be in the red for a few years but the stock price should go up and I and many other Large investors Believe in the company. Why would bank after bak and Investment firm after Investment firm keep giving cash to 12 Retech Corporation? Because They see what I see. Profit when this takes off over the world as the new way to shop. The app by itself is Brilliant.
