Loooonnnng time investor who was stupid enough to invest in this company. I would say the gentleman in NY is entitled to his funds. I would also say that there is probably along list of people that have grievances against the owner(s) of this company, considering the BS they propagated for so long. They go form reclaiming underwater trees to planting trees. I am very doubtful anything will come to fruition for the many shareholders duped by these guys. Nevertheless, thank you for the update. not going to hold my breath on this one.
