The Verdict Has Arrived:

I think it's safe to conclude that the PR was, in fact, a hologram. Looks like a deception, meant to defraud but I doubt it has anything to do with this shell. And you can take comfort in the fact that it appears to have been a dud on the fraudster's part. An amateur con artist. Just another scam artist out there that thinks your money belongs to him.

However, the 10k is out, and it is indeed a Travel Agency, just as this name would imply. The simplest explanation, right in front of our eyes. It actually does sound interesting. May take some time, but I don't mind the wait, expanded on in the 10-k below:

"The Company plans to offer packaged tours and other travel-related services in the People’s Republic of China, initially in Fujian province, with a focus on developing, promoting and executing organized tours through its travel service stores. The packaged tours offer the benefits of pre-arranged itineraries, transportations, accommodations, entertainments, meals and tour guide services and cover domestic as well as international destinations. We plan to offer our travel products and services through our travel service stores as well as our website.

We also plan to offer other travel-related services comprised mainly of sales of tourist attraction tickets, visa application services, financial services, hotel booking services, air ticketing services, train ticketing services, bus ticketing services, car rental services and insurance services. We will earn a commission or service fee on these services.

We are presently evaluating the optimal corporate and legal structures in China necessary to establish our business there and as a U.S. publicly listed and reporting company. We do not have an established timetable to implement these plans, and until we do, we will remain a shell company."

The physics are good. Less than a 900,000-share float. Interests are aligned with new ownership, and new owner of 98% of all shares is bleeding to keep the lights on. A very clean shell. Virtually no debt to speak of, which is due to just one former shareholder. Not much of a future payoff.

I would have preferred the mirage, but that's what conmen want you to like. The truth, however, also looks like an interesting story. I like it, and the physics haven't changed.
