It may not seem like a big deal to you, but UATG’s repeated lies and fake air of legitimacy have hurt real people over the years. Some comments from people on Yahoo finance UATG page:
2 years ago from Nathan: “I am holding 80,000 shares waiting for it to go back up. I am down alot and am hoping to just break even soon!!”...2 years ago PPS was over a penny. He didn’t break even, he lost everything: his 80,000 shares are literally worth 60 bucks today
“UATG stock is about to explode. Expect it to reach $1 by the end of the summer with their new rifle coming out.”....maybe that would be a reasonable expectation except that the rifle was never released, only 500 million new shares were released instead. So Mr. Grizlov didn’t get 1$ PPS, he got triple zero
Adrian says “CEO Alex is dosg all he can to make this company stay in the Nasdaq until they release their product next month hopefully!!!”.....that was years ago with PPS in .15+ range...Adrian believed Umbra’s BS and now he lost 99.4% of his investment since then....and the product Adrian was hoping for ‘next month’ was never released....thanks Umbra
Read the forum for yourself, history of UATG is a 5 year history of false public communications, broken promises, endless pumping followed by dilution, and ultimately regular people investing their hard earned money and being utterly wiped out.
I don’t give a crap about the visions of this company anymore. I want UATG to show us OUR MONEY.
