Not sure what "peeps" you are referring to, but there will not be any insider dumping. Review and research the money behind this. Refer to FINRA for the date of said consolidation. A rough 23 million shares were added to the outstanding this week via transfer update on 10-19. The last third party unrelated conversions are happening now..after such there is a four Month window(minimal) of nill' short term lender conversions(possibly permanent). Have to agree that it is a tough call on when to buy given the extremely low share count and the consolidation after effect with regards to the bid and ask spread. Timing is everything.

But seriously....look at the "real" money people behind this. I am still waiting to enter....and have the converted dollar amounts calculated(worst case). This isn't a "basic" share consolidation in my opinion. The authorized share count will be extremely low..so we may just see something different happen.
