They have several real products from what I can tell, that they have manufactured but not brought to market (MANY companies go through this). Everyone should know this because there have been several videos and interviews that have showed the products and surgeries. At some point when they have the capital they will bring them or a version of them forward. Trying to do too much at once will only fail and burn cash they dont have. He says they have delivered because they have obviously spent the money on developing products, have finally come up with a line of products that they feel will be successful and for the first time in 5 years are finally cashflowing. Thats progress and delivering to me. I dont think its a good idea to get stuck looking backwards because you will miss whats ahead. Thats my opinion for what its worth.

Complaining about broken promises 2,3,4 and 5 years ago is a waste of time and does not erase what is currently happening or what the company is currently being successful with. Its a relationship between the shareholder and the company and if you can not get over and forgive sins of the past how will the relationship ever work now or in the future? Just my nickels worth
