A "real" Board of Directors would have fired MF Berman a long time ago as a failure, inept and unable to fulfill basic timeframes, complete partnerships, provide shareholder value, gain adequate sales and profit margins, etc . ..... oh wait! ..... the DECN Board of Directors is composed of MF Berman and one other of his cronies .... HOW CONVENIENT!

When is the Annual Shareholders Meeting? MF Berman REFUSES to provide this information to a SHAREHOLDER!
