A lot of unknowns.... For example, there may not even be additional common stock issued, they may just create a new higher class of stock and issue all 100% for the owners of the merging company.

It is all total speculation.... (my opinion)

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
