Well, like I said anything can happen. However, the Form 4 that Gene filed covered a span from August 29th through October 7th...and he only sold 129k shares. That's a far cry from dumping millions of shares onto the open market trying to get rich on the backs of the investors. I think he simply had some personal bills to cover. Remember, none of the officers have had a paycheck from the company in years and selling a few thousand shares from their personal holdings is the only way they have to pay their bills. Heck, even when the stock was above $1.00/share Gene hardly sold any of his shares. The proof is in the pudding.
Obviously you have some strong suspicions about Gene but I think his past performance speaks for itself.
BTW, my mother makes some of the best oxtail soup you ever tasted. Do they serve that at Schwabls too?
