Yeah I hear ya it’s not easy finding high yielders that are reliable but they are out there.. it’s easy finding the shitty ones.
Everything goes down during a crash so I’m not worried about that they all go down and back up. And some out of business that’s part of investing. I do disagree respectfully regarding monthly payers I own a few that are good and survived the crash.
