I have a better idea. How about asking Rick Wilson to prove out ownership of any revenue producing assets other than his third party produced protein bars. Taking the "Girl Scout Cookie" method of revenue production in order to provide a sense of legitimacy is laughable at best.

Let's see some audited financials and a breakdown of revenue generated by these alleged buyouts for both EXMT and it's sister company.

It will never happen, but clearly more important than an issuance of shares to an individual that were returned to the company. But, nice try.
