Your broken record of I-Glow like statements is tiresome. I think you just don't get it. And you own a hemp farm.

CVSI will be uplisted. Why the delay? It will be historic and the SEC is taking its' time. Why? Because it's complicated. But to be clear, there is no fraud or bad players. Did Mona screw up 4 years ago? Yes. Did SEC win by getting him off the board of a publicly traded company? Yes. Did CVSI admit to fraud? No. So SEC got what it wanted, a victory, and CVSI investors didn't have to see their money tied up in a long-term lawsuit.

Why is the uplisting complicated? Well, technically, FDA has said that it is not legal to put CBD in a food or dietary supplement. OK. But CVSI has been doing that for 3 years, in increasing amounts. FDA has come down on some CBD companies for making claims (e.g., "cures cancer"). CVSI does not make such claims and have not been prevented from continuing to sell (obviously). In my professional experience in the pharma industry, FDA is reasonable. So why haven't they come after all CBD companies? I think because they know that despite the present "illegality" of CBD, there's nothing unsafe about CBD. Remember, it is FDA's job to remove unsafe products from the market.

What else? Well, the DEA schedule 1 characterization is another thing. McConnell has put specific language in the new hemp bill to clearly state that Hemp derived CBD is not schedule one. But wait, if CBD is schedule 1, then hasn't CVSI been selling a schedule 1 substance at health food stores? Technically yes. Then how can they continue to sell? Because EVERYONE knows that the designation is ridiculous. But this is Washington, and very few people ever admit they are wrong.

So with those two big factors: FDA say no and DEA says schedule one, the SEC is taking it's time. If the answer was no, we would have heard. This is taking time, and when it happens it will be huge for CVSI. Mr. Dowling showing up on Cramer is not a bad start and I wasn't there, but I'm sure there was plenty of institutional money.

And finally, CBD has exploded in the public's eye, and FDA does NOT want to tick off hundreds of thousands of people who are using CBD.

No, this is a runaway train and Denzel Washington and Chris Pine are not on it. BKK, please give us something new other then "Uplist Yet."

And when the hemp bill passes, you'll be sitting on something sweet with your farm.

And when the uplist happens, I'm expecting a congratulations from you to all the longs.

Have a good WE.
