I don't think they can/will/should raise the A/S again. Because it doesn't give the cash dividend policy any credibility if they do.

Solomon can transfer his and his friend's shares to preferred shares which should free up close to 3M shares in case he needs them later this year.

TRW should be able to repay the loan by Q1 which is quite small, in which case we get another 2.x million collateral shares back.

Longer term one should target 50M shares outstanding. We don't need the share buybacks. I still believe it is very problematic if they try this. They best pay attention to what I am saying.
