The actual float is 51,123,000 a/o 2017. This has not changed. The outstanding is 565,864,527 a/o 2017. This has not changed ..and of that ... 400,000,000 is transferable.
There is $25,000 in convertible debt that is also transferable(kind of a control @ .001). No trade debt. All past debt was converted/cleaned and this is to be the transferable amount of 400 million shares(should be). If that were to be transferred to control.....it would be restricted. The worst case scenario in my opinion is the current outstanding showing on the OTC link as 165,864,527 a/o 9/10/14 that could be added to float after a merge et al. That may not happen right away though(at least it shouldn't) Not to fn' bad......eh?
