It could have to do with the way the investor relations department seems to change their story week to week- insiders are going to buy soon, insiders will buy after we get on the otcbb, insiders won't have to buy because we have so much good news coming out, we will have a board meeting as soon as a doctor in Tampa gets off work, we can't have a board meeting for 45 days, we'll be on the otcbb last November, March, May, June, next week, next year, sometime, the Tampa center can't open it doesn't have an xray machine, no it has a leaky faucet, we also need a shareholder meeting before we can file sb-2, we don't need a shareholder meeting just a schedule of one, and many more. It makes them look foolish at best and dishonest at worst, especially if they have a lawyer supposedly helping them get to the otc-- as if he did not know they needed to have shareholder and board meetings to comply with the SEC.
