This sets goals for them to be agressive. I have found kids love awards. As they obtain them, they are learning, and you are getting your point across.
Hustle awards of course are basically you saying being agressive which is you obtaining your goal.
Yet they don't hear that. They think they just need to hustle going after loose balls which you know wins ball games. So imo it's a win win for the coach and the team.
