"No input yet. We should hear from NASD late this week or early next week. The reviewer stated that he has 7 days for his review. We don't know when it arrived at his desk but he affirms he has it."

Now that's the best "news" I've read in a long time. Let's hope the NASD adheres to their respective guidelines and responds accordingly. After nine months of SEC scrutiny, I doubt that the NASD could have some additional comments...but anything is possible!!!
IMO, this is our last hurdle before the "perfect storm" comes together. ABEW's management seems to have everything in place once we get the nod from the NASD.
1) Financing
2) Marketing Plan
3) Advertising Company
4) Fully trained engineers in India to handle the influx of business.
5) Investment Bankers for expansion, etc...
However, we shouldn't count our chickens before they've hatched. As always, we'll need some help from above to get us through this final leg. (Can't begin to tell you how many prayers have been said...and answered. God willing, this last hurdle will be crossed as well.)
