Here are some reasons why DRUS is going down.

Shareholders are selling their stock below fair market value which is making the indice drop. This usually happens when inexperienced traders panic and let go of their stock instead of having the discipline to hold out.

Shareholders are intentionally selling stock below fair market value to decrease the stocks value in Hope's to buy more shares at a cheaper price and sell high. This type of market manipulation is illegal and warrant full investigation from the SEC and if found guilty can result in up to 10 years of prison time plus a fine of twice the financial gain from the manipulation.
