All three flavors contain 100 percent of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. VitaminFIZZ is a healthy and refreshing alternative to heavily sweetened carbonated soft drinks and is intended to target young people who are weight and health conscious, according to the maker.
