R59- USCR

is down 60% from it's highs earlier this year. All stocks in the sector are down from 35%-60% from highs this year. Re, I was told recently this has something to do with supply chain disruption in the south due to hurricane Michael. Have you heard any such thing ? I couldn't find it on Google
