Green Organic Dutchman said Friday it has raised 76 million Canadian dollars ($99 million) in a capital raising to fund its expansion plans. The company closed a bought deal that involved the sale of 10.9 million units and 1.5 million warrants at a price per unit of C$6.85. The offering was underwritten by a syndicate led by Canaccord Genuity Corp.
