I spoke with a Lawyer representing Boreal in the Receivership and received the following info:
1. Redwood Investments - Plaintiff - is in bankruptcy.
2. Foreclosure Lawsuit is on hold - per Court Rules - until Bankruptcy is resolved.
3. The Lawyer I spoke with knows Boreal's Receiver - Mr. Stevens - personally and said that she is familiar with Mr. Stevens' Cases as Receiver in Nevada. And in all of them the Common Shareholders did not get wiped out. Companies were rehabilitated or merged with another Company.
4. The Lawyer sounded optimistic that Shareholders will receive some value for their Shares - which is generally the case in a Receivership, she said.
5. The Lawyer did not know if Boreal is still in operation or not.
6. The Lawyer said that NO Assets of Boreal have been sold. How then is the Receiver paying for Fees and Expenses? If Boreal is still operating is it now making a profit without Francine?
7. The Lawyer said that the Receiver has settled 1+ Lawsuits. And is holding Boreal together very well.
