Doubt an OM deal will occur now... Most likely the term sheet was history after further DD into IPIX financials. Menon's release came after the term sheet which was real curious... I've been saying for months that a deal is more than potential science... DD looks at staff, balance sheet and company history. Changing the company name could be a red flag as well... What was Leo hiding to change from CTIX?
