It's going through the last of the unrelated third party short term notes. After such, there is a "minimal" four Month window free of such(if not forever). They also consolidated via Nevada on 9/20. New Authorized is 70,000,000(one share for twenty). Still needs to be executed via FINRA.

The main debt holders have tainted converts' ... and are running this. Review Hypur Inc, Hypur Ventures, CGDK.....and also the Mtech Acquisition IPO/ merger.

10 million going/gone through this week. Look for share update later today/evening(at best)
